Sodexo is hiring our skilled Grounds Manager to lead landscaping operations for the Nixa School District in Missouri. Our Leader will be self-motivated, a team player and adaptable to constant changes in priorities.
The successful candidate will mentor a team of 9 grounds professionals, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance across 9 district properties. EPA Certification for pesticides is required for this position. Valid driver’s license with clear background. Typical schedule is M-F Days, with flexibility for earlier shifts for ice and safety management. Focus on exceptional attention to detail and being fully accountable for the team's performance are critical to success in the role. Experience managing Synthetic Turf and 3-5 years of demonstrated history of managing a top performing team are preferred.
