Lead and inspire baristas, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and customer care.
Develop unique coffee creations and seasonal menus that delight and surprise our guests.
Train and mentor staff on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Engage with the local community, building relationships and creating a welcoming café environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and consistency.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
