Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) General Manager 4 at Jackson Health North, located in Miami, FL. The GM is responsible for leading a large, unionized EVS team to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment that meets all JHS and Sodexo standards. This role oversees daily operations, regulatory readiness, quality assurance, and performance metrics such as bed turnaround times and HCAHPS scores. The GM partners closely with hospital leadership to drive patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing in a healthcare setting are essential for success in this role. Jackson North Medical Center is a 380-bed acute care center located in North Miami Beach that serves the residents of north Miami-Dade and south Broward counties. The GM will lead, develop and train a team of approximately 75 staff and 2 managers with an emphasis on client satisfaction at all times.
