Sodexo is seeking an innovative, strategic, and Master’s-prepared Registered Dietitian to join our team as Senior Director of Nutrition, leading clinical nutrition excellence across healthcare facilities nationwide. This high-impact leadership role will shape the future of clinical nutrition through Clinicia, Sodexo’s global brand for clinical and patient nutrition.

 

As a key executive leader on the Advanced Nutrition Practice and Innovations Team, you will drive strategic initiatives, lead high-performing teams, and advance innovation in nutrition and wellness services. This position offers the opportunity to influence care delivery at scale, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen Sodexo’s competitive advantage in the healthcare market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Oversee a team of 53 professionals across Regional Nutrition Directors, OP MNT Office, and the Nutrition & Wellness Center, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan for Nutrition & Wellness Center services, aligning with Clinicia brand standards.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage P&L for the Nutrition & Wellness Center and ensure Medicare billing compliance for Medical Nutrition Therapy.
  • Drive Growth: Partner with Commercial Sales to expand Clinicia offerings, enhance market share, and deliver revenue growth.
  • Innovate & Elevate: Design and implement advanced clinical nutrition services that set industry benchmarks and improve patient care.
  • Talent Development: Contribute to Sodexo’s Dietitian Growth & Retention Initiative, shaping the future for dietitians.

What You Bring

  • Credentials & Expertise: Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of clinical/operational experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to lead change, innovate, and execute forward-thinking strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial management skills and experience with contract management preferred.
  • Influence & Impact: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Credential Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
