In this role, you’ll be the engine behind new café openings, barista program rollouts, micro‑kitchen enhancements, and hospitality innovations. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring every project launches flawlessly and reflects global standards.

What You'll Do

  • Drive high‑impact projects from concept to launch

  • Lead coffee program improvements and barista‑quality standards

  • Coordinate site mobilizations and internal operational workflows

  • Partner with global client teams, vendors, and internal leaders

  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and on brand

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations
