Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management Division seeks an experienced, reliable, & personable HTM Supervisor- Healthcare/ Biomed for Altru Health System located in Grand Forks, ND.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Working independently under the limited supervision of the Director and/or District Manager II, inspects, repairs, maintains, and calibrates all types of clinical equipment and systems. Takes a lead role in operation and management of smaller operations or serves as second in command at larger/multiple accounts. Provides administrative, fiscal, and technical management of the operation, and supervision and training to the assigned staff. Interacts on a routine basis with hospital management and other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development. The Supervisor possesses significant ability in the life cycle management of sophisticated clinical inventory devices and systems. Develops and conducts on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
