Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking General Manager 6 to lead food service operations at Corpus Christi Medical Center – Bay Area. The General Manager will provide oversight for three locations, with key responsibilities in budget and financial management, client relationship development, and talent management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate success through strong client satisfaction and retention, as well as high patient and guest experience scores. Qualified applicants will bring proven GM-level experience in food operations, solid financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strong record of building and maintaining effective client partnerships.

  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; and
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
