Join Sodexo as a Patient Services Manager 2 at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. What You'll Do

  • Lead and elevate the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, ensuring exceptional meal service and proactive rounding.
  • Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.
  • Conduct tray assessments for quality, presentation, and accuracy.
  • Drive compliance with Sodexo Gold Checks and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of hourly associates, fostering growth and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
