Role Overview

As a Senior IT Training Specialist, you will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to assess learning needs and deliver effective, high-impact training solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced learning programs that enhance technical capability, support organizational goals, and strengthen overall performance. This position sits within the broader Talent, Learning & Development function, focused on building meaningful employee development experiences, elevating knowledge transfer, and driving continuous learning across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide responsive, accurate technical support for the Learning Management System while creating evaluation and measurement tools to assess platform effectiveness.
  • Identify learning needs, recommend smart solutions, and implement updates or delivery methods that improve knowledge transfer and user experience.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training content, programs, and curriculums, while managing communication and rollout plans for new courses and updates.

  • Conduct audits, evaluations, and reporting to ensure consistent administration of learning programs and alignment with governance standards.

  • Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to measure program effectiveness, support departmental goals, and inform future improvements.

  • Stay current on industry trends, methodologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance learning experiences while guiding team members, solving routine problems, and ensuring high-quality work through standardized procedures and clear communication.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support shared objectives.

  • A professional, positive demeanor and the adaptability to navigate slightly complex challenges using sound judgment and established procedures.

  • Proficiency in analyzing options and applying technical experience to determine effective solutions.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, an inquisitive mindset, and strong math capabilities, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other advanced financial figures.
