As a Senior IT Training Specialist, you will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to assess learning needs and deliver effective, high-impact training solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced learning programs that enhance technical capability, support organizational goals, and strengthen overall performance. Identify learning needs, recommend smart solutions, and implement updates or delivery methods that improve knowledge transfer and user experience.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training content, programs, and curriculums, while managing communication and rollout plans for new courses and updates.
Conduct audits, evaluations, and reporting to ensure consistent administration of learning programs and alignment with governance standards.
Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to measure program effectiveness, support departmental goals, and inform future improvements.
Stay current on industry trends, methodologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance learning experiences while guiding team members, solving routine problems, and ensuring high-quality work through standardized procedures and clear communication.
