Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager 3 to oversee a high profile, prestigious healthcare account located in Pasadena, CA.
Huntington Hospital, an affiliate of Cedars-Sinai is a 544-bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in beautiful Pasadena, California.
This individual will be responsible for quality assurance checks, conducting new hire orientation over multiple departments (EVS, Transport and Food), training frontline staff, safety training, ensuring safety and sanitation protocols are met, and utilizing our SMS program to effectively manage our day-to-day operations. We are looking for candidates with experience in environmental services, food, training/managing employees, departmental new hire orientations, knowledge of joint commission requirements, managing budgets, knowledge of infection prevention protocols and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing 50 Sodexo non-union employees and report to General Manager. CHESP certification and healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
