Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is currently seeking an HTM Medical Equipment Technician for University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is eager to contribute to patient care through reliable and safe biomedical equipment. 

What You'll Do

  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on biomedical equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards

  • Conducting operational and performance testing to ensure equipment safety and functionality

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions

  • Documenting all service activities accurately and in a timely manner

  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding services performed and equipment status

  • Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues
