Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is currently seeking an HTM Medical Equipment Technician for University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is eager to contribute to patient care through reliable and safe biomedical equipment.
Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on biomedical equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards
Conducting operational and performance testing to ensure equipment safety and functionality
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions
Documenting all service activities accurately and in a timely manner
Communicating effectively with customers regarding services performed and equipment status
Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues
