What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute event logistics: Ensure every detail aligns with client requirements and organizational standards.

  • Advise strategically on event needs: Guide clients on room selection, setup, audiovisual support, catering, and on‑site coordination.

  • Manage event calendars and room allocation: Secure spaces and recommend adjustments to optimize scheduling.

  • Coordinate recurring meetings: Apply disciplined scheduling and resource allocation for ongoing events.

  • Build strong client relationships: Understand needs deeply and consistently exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year
