Sodexo is looking for a laser focused, detailed oriented, servant leader to join our management team as a Food Service Manager 2 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The Food Service Manager 2 position here at Embry-Riddle will support our guests and frontline team in our award-winning Boundless Dining facility. This All-You-Care-To-Eat, a-la-minute style dining facility offers a diverse, from scratch menu, served from 11 different stations including our award-winning Simple Serving, allergy free station. We offer artisan pizza, a full-service handcrafted deli and salad bar, house-made bakery, plus 8 action stations. This is a popular dining location for the overall community as well as the many visitors to campus. This is a high-profile, hands-on position that requires daily interaction with both staff and guests at the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff development, program execution, and delivering uncompromising customer service while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility.
The role also supports and collaborates with other on-site food service locations to help achieve our mission: to create meaningful experiences through passionate service, culinary innovation, and a commitment to fostering community on campus. This position requires evening and nighttime hours, with weekend coverage necessary to support successful operations.
