Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Area General Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our services across the Parkview Health System in Northeast Indiana. (DeKalb, Bryan, Montpelier, Kosciusko, Whitley, Wabash, Huntington, Noble, LaGrange)
This mission-critical role begins with the management of 11 established Community Hospital Locations, with additional sites currently in development. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Area General Manager will have comprehensive strategic and operational control over the services portfolio (Food, Nutrition, Environmental, etc.) across all assigned sites.

Proven Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies.
Healthcare Experience: Strong management skills, preferably in a multi-site healthcare environment.
Autonomy & Organization: Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset; ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
