Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager 3 to help lead our vibrant food operations at Eco Labs in Eagan, MN. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

 

What You’ll Do:
As the #2 leader on-site, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee a diverse and exciting operation that includes:

  • A full-service café featuring grill, deli, entrée, and salad bar
  • Catering services for both everyday needs and special events
  • A company store
  • Coffee bar

M-F 6am to 4pm with occassional evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 10 hourly employees
  • Catering Excellence: Coordinate day-to-day logistics and execute upscale events
  • Operational Management: Oversee purchasing, staffing, and scheduling
  • Innovation & Technology: Utilize our everyday app and other tools to streamline operations
  • Marketing Initiatives: Drive engagement and promote our services creatively

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
