Sodexo is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and customer-focused General Manager 4 – Food Services to lead all food and nutrition operations at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) in Hamilton, NJ.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for the financial and operational success across a unique two-location healthcare facility featuring acute care, long-term care, and behavioral health units. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial management skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and exceptional customer service.
The General Manager 4 will have full operational and financial accountability for the department, ensuring Sodexo Standards and client goals are met across all units.

Lead Daily Operations: Oversee and manage all day-to-day food service activities to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Operational Expertise: Possesses strong culinary production experience and an impeccable background in safety and sanitation compliance (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).
