Drive retail sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, small-footprint environment.
Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Maintain rigorous safety, sanitation, and HR compliance for your team of 15.
Strategic ordering and inventory management to navigate a high-volume, low-storage facility.

Hands-On Leader: You aren't afraid to jump in at the grill or help with a rush. You lead by example and are visible in the retail space.
Efficiency Expert: Our retail space is beautiful but compact (combined grill/hot station and grab-n-go). You must be a "pro" at organization and inventory management to maximize a space with limited storage.
Culinary Heart: A culinary background is highly preferred. You understand food quality, presentation, and safety (HACCP).
Interpersonal Rockstar: You can build rapport with everyone from patients and nursing staff to the culinary team and hospital executives.
Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service is required. We are open to "rising stars" looking for their first GM title!
