Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager 3 for Appalachian Regional Healthcare System ARH. ARH, a not-for-profit health system, operates 14 hospitals and is the largest provider of care, the single largest employer in southeastern Kentucky, and the third-largest private employer in southern West Virginia. This position will need to be available to travel to provide support to the Environmental Services teams throughout the system as needed, must be flexible for shifts and locations.
This requires flexibility with both travel and various shifts, including some weekends and holidays, that this role will support. Requires supervisory/management experience, proven verbal, written and computer skills, technical skills in Environmental Services. The ideal candidate will assist in driving patient satisfaction, implementing and maintain SMS, and help fill management vacancies.
Must have great organizational and time management skills and a strong understanding of customer service. Previous experience in hospitality service is ideal to support Healthcare departments. Experience in supervising a diverse employee population while providing excellent customer service is key to this role.
