You’ll guide multiple accounts and their General Managers, ensuring every location delivers exceptional food, operational excellence, and hospitality that feels personal. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll influence strategy, raise standards, and help shape the next era of workplace dining in the region.

• Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across multiple accounts.
• Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement.
• Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo Kitchen Works’ chef‑driven, people‑first philosophy.
• Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
