Sodexo is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Transformation to play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy for a $10B services business spanning 10 lines of business and 100,000+ employees. This high-impact leadership position will lead the enablement team and execute wide-ranging initiatives that simplify the buying experience, accelerate digital adoption, and build commercial talent strategies that deliver measurable results.

 

This role touches nearly every aspect of Sodexo’s Commercial team—including organic growth, operational efficiencies, talent programs, digital enablement, and business model design. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will deliver tangible outcomes and act as a role model for embedding change across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Simplify the Buying Experience 
    Implement go-to-market strategies that ensure the right channels, roles, and sales coverage are in place. Lead annual planning cycles, synthesize business unit strategies into regional plans, and design risk mitigation strategies to unlock growth.

  • Create Visibility Through Technology & Analytics 
    Drive adoption of tools and dashboards that improve forecasting, planning, and performance. Operate an analytical center of excellence to define KPIs, monitor execution, and accelerate value capture.

  • Enable Commercial Talent 
    Partner with HR and business leaders to shape talent strategies, including training, succession planning, and governance for hiring and performance management.

  • Be a Trusted Change Partner 
    Support process redesign initiatives and collaborate with change management professionals to engage stakeholders and embed new ways of working.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 10 years
