Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Food for UnityPoint Health - Grinnell Regional Medical Center located in Grinnell, IAThe General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for the hospital. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Nutrition Services.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Deliver high-quality food services, including patient meals, retail dining, and catering.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.
  • Create a positive, patient-focused environment that reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years         
Minimum Functional Experience  - 2 years
