Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 to support our partnership at Adventist Health St. Helena, a 151‑bed acute‑care hospital located in the beautiful Napa Valley. This facility serves a rural community with access to advanced medical services across emergency care, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, oncology, and behavioral health. In this role, you will lead daily operations that ensure a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily Environmental Services operations to ensure a consistently safe, sanitary, and welcoming healthcare environment.
  • Manage frontline custodial staff, including training, scheduling, workflow supervision, and performance development.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory cleanliness and infection‑prevention standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing, facilities, and hospital leadership to support operational excellence and service responsiveness.
