Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1 to support Adventist Health Lodi Memorial on the PM shift. This position oversees Environmental Services (EVS) operations for a premier, not‑for‑profit, faith‑based health system.

 

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is one of the region’s leading healthcare providers, offering a full continuum of advanced services including a hospital, cancer care center, imaging center, surgery center, and multiple medical offices.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support PM‑shift Environmental Services teams to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards through staff training, rounding, performance management, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with hospital leadership to support patient satisfaction, infection prevention, and operational excellence goals. 
  • Oversee scheduling, supply management, and daily operations for assigned units to ensure efficient PM‑shift coverage.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Environmental Services, Custodial Management, or related supervisory work—preferably in healthcare settings. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide frontline teams.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage operations independently on the PM shift, ensuring safety, service quality, and compliance.
