What You'll Do

  • Drive new business by managing the full sales cycle — presenting solutions, advancing qualified opportunities, and closing deals that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Build and nurture strong prospect relationships through proactive networking, thoughtful engagement, and consistent follow‑up.
  • Conduct strategic prospecting using CRM tools, data insights, and targeted campaigns in partnership with sales leaders, senior executives, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Leverage research, industry data, and social platforms to identify opportunities, tailor messaging, and maintain a healthy, predictable sales funnel.
  • Support proposal development by helping create tailored presentations, business plans, and forecasts that reflect client priorities and growth objectives.
  • Engage in industry associations and events to stay current on market trends, connect with group purchasing executives, and represent Sodexo’s values and offerings with professionalism.

What You Bring

  • Previous 3+ years inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers
  • Drive, resilience and adaptability to take on challenges and work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, good team player
  • Strong organizational capabilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proficiency of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license required
