Lead all daily operations for the Corporate Café and Catering program
Serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high‑profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing on‑site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
Ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
Elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
Drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
