Sodexo is seeking a Director, Client Finance to shape the financial future of a flagship, multi‑site client partnership. Role Summary

As Director, Client Finance, you will own the financial rhythm of the account — from day‑to‑day operations to long‑range planning. You will lead a, high‑performing finance team and collaborate closely with operational and regional leaders to deliver consistent, credible, and actionable financial guidance across all units.

You will transform how the account forecasts, reports, and makes decisions. You will surface insights earlier, sharpen financial storytelling, and create a more agile, data‑driven performance culture.

This role is built for a leader who brings clarity to complexity, builds trust quickly, and thrives in moments of growth and transformation. You will champion digital tools, coach teams to think analytically, and embed financial discipline that strengthens governance and accelerates continuous improvement.

 

 

 

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for a multi‑region client account
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to account leadership and senior client stakeholders
  • Deliver clear financial insights, variance explanations, and decision‑support recommendations
  • Oversee monthly close, annual planning, billing accuracy, and financial controls
  • Prepare client‑ready materials for governance routines (QBRs, forecasts, performance reviews)
  • Resolve financial issues (billing, pricing, pass‑throughs, change orders) with clarity and professionalism
  • Lead and develop a small team of finance professionals
  • Strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with contract and internal standards
