Senior Manager, Human Resources

• provide senior level human resources management for all Sodexo operations within the hospital system
• direct a human resources team including other managers, generalists, recruiters, and/or support specialist
• support, engage, and help retain frontline union staff, supervisors, and managers 
• directly support managers and clients with all HR related tasks including employee engagement and relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and more

• director level experience in human resources and talent management 
• seasoned experience supporting union employees and large diverse teams (500+ employees) 
• an expert at coaching, developing, and building teams and culture in a fast paced, ever changing environment 
• are tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly and use reporting tools 
• are detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities 
• have excellent organization, communication and project management skills
• interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others are a must

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
