Sodexo is seeking a General Manager of Environmental Services on-site at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond Du Lac, WI.    

St. Agnes Hospital is part of the SSM System located in Fond du Lac WI, is a 150-bed acute care hospital with 24-hour Emergency Department, OR, Labor & Delivery, Medical and Surgical Services.  With 1M cleanable square feet, it included an attached Health Pavilion and several off-site clinic building.  

Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. 

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce

• experience leading, developing and motivating a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system;
• expertise in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships;
• strong leadership skills, working independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
• 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a hospital environment;
• proficiency with computers and other technology;
• experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations; and
• strong financial acumen and budget management experience
