General Manager 1 - Multi-Service

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1-Multi-Service to lead operations for an exciting new retirement community in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. This is a unique opportunity to launch and shape services in a new account while delivering excellence in hospitality and resident experience.

As the top on-site leader, you will:

• Provide full oversight of day-to-day operations
• Coordinate and lead all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
• Deliver high-quality food services and environmental services (EVS)
• Achieve company and client financial targets and performance goals
• Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships, including interaction at the C-suite level
• Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards compliance
• Engage daily with residents, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and service excellence
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and hospitality

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated employee engagement leadership skills and prior supervisory experience

• Experience managing food service operations, with strong safety and sanitation compliance knowledge

• The ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence

• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with executive-level stakeholders

• A passion for customer service and hospitality excellence

• Flexibility and initiative to take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and Environmental Services (EVS) operations preferred

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
