Role Overview

Entegra’s Finance team is currently searching for a Senior Manager Business Analytics. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical, operational, and process-improvement support for Entegra’s largest client. The position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting activities, supports audit readiness, enhances procurement systems, and drives operational excellence.

This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

What You'll Do

· Perform business analysis to support Entegra’s largest client, including managing multiple workstreams and ad hoc priorities.

· Assist in preparing for and supporting client audits by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance.

· Conduct data analysis to verify completeness and correctness of accounting activities.

· Maintain and update databases; prepare and process recurring journal entries with a high level of accuracy.

· Recommend and implement process and procedural improvements to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

· Support the development and deployment of tools that enhance financial processes, including participation in solution design and testing.

· Provide analytical and operational support to the Senior Director II on special projects and ad hoc requests.

· Serve as a versatile, solutions-oriented analyst able to take on a wide range of tasks as business needs arise.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/ or 10 plus years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial systems
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with database tools such as Microsoft Access and SQL a plus.
  • Experience working with large and unstructured data sets
