Role Overview

The Program & Innovation Director shapes the future of workplace experience for one of Sodexo’s most strategic global clients. This role sits at the intersection of program design, innovation, storytelling, concept development, graphic design, and user engagement—ensuring great ideas are clearly designed, well understood, and adopted at scale.

You’ll play a key role in defining how thousands of people interact with programs, services, and experience touchpoints every day. That means exploring emerging trends, translating insights into scalable solutions, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll look across the full ecosystem—services, environments, digital and physical touchpoints—and identify opportunities to elevate, streamline, and innovate.

As part of our team, you’ll champion new ideas, elevate the user experience, and introduce fresh thinking that reimagines how people connect with programs in the workplace. Your work will influence everything from program frameworks to service models to the way our brand identity shows up across the client’s operations. You’ll also bring strong visual communication skills—designing compelling concepts, creating clear and engaging graphics, and developing toolkits that help teams understand and execute the vision.

This is a strategic, creative leadership role—not an operational one. You’ll bring design thinking, visual storytelling, concept design, graphic design capability, and program clarity to a complex, multi‑region environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve large‑scale programs by translating insights, trends, and client priorities into clear, scalable solutions

  • Lead innovation initiatives that identify opportunities across services, environments, and user touchpoints and turn bold ideas into actionable concepts

  • Create compelling narratives and visual tools—storytelling, graphics, decks, and toolkits that drive understanding, alignment, and adoption

  • Partner cross‑functionally with client teams, operators, designers, and SMEs to refine concepts and ensure programs land successfully across regions

  • Establish program clarity and standards through frameworks, documentation, and guidelines that ensure consistency and ease of implementation

  • Champion user experience by evaluating current‑state interactions and shaping future‑state experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful

  • Exceptional visual storytelling and communication skills, including concept design, graphic design, and the ability to create compelling decks and toolkits

  • Experience partnering across cross‑functional teams—operators, designers, client partners, and SMEs—to refine ideas and drive adoption

  • Strength in narrative development, simplifying complexity, and helping diverse audiences understand and champion new programs

  • A creative, strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and introduce fresh thinking that elevates the user experience
