Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Project Manager to support the Cincinnati, OH area.

The Environmental Services Project Manager serves as a technical expert and trusted partner to site leadership, providing hands-on guidance in infection prevention standards, regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and best practice implementation.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for assigned environmental service projects or project sub‑components, ensuring alignment with established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in implementing project plans, including task scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and support the preparation of status updates, reports, and metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks or issues affecting project delivery and escalate them appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental best practices.
• Support data collection, field activities, inspections, or sampling efforts as required by the project.
• Maintain accurate project records, including logs, permits, documentation, and quality assurance materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as operations, safety, compliance, and facilities to support project execution.
• Provide general administrative and technical support to senior project managers and environmental specialists.

• Foundational knowledge of environmental science, environmental health, sustainability, or a related technical field.
