The General Manager leads a multi‑unit corporate dining operation in Atlanta, GA, delivering exceptional hospitality, culinary excellence, and operational performance for a premier corporate client. This role oversees all café, executive dining, and catering services while driving strategic growth, client satisfaction, and team development. The GM ensures flawless execution, strong financial results, and a refined guest experience that reflects Sodexo’s standards of quality, innovation, and service. This position requires a seasoned operator with strong leadership presence, deep corporate dining expertise, and the ability to manage a complex, service‑driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations for a multi‑unit corporate dining program, including café service, executive dining, and catering.

  • Ensure exceptional hospitality and a consistent, high‑quality guest experience across all service areas.

  • Build, train, and develop culinary and front‑of‑house teams while maintaining strong service and safety standards.

  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.

  • Maintain full compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety regulations, and client expectations.

  • Partner closely with the client to drive satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall dining program.
