Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services General Manager for Hugh Chatham Health in Elkin, NC. This is a not-for-profit, community-based healthcare network that has served northwest North Carolina for nearly a century. Sodexo is seeking this director for healthcare to oversee the housekeeping team. The successful candidate will work Day Shift managing a team of 27. Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles, and meetings. Prior Environmental Service management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.

be a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;

has 5 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
