Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager to lead dining room operations at Luther Manor in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Luther Manor is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community situated in a beautiful, park-like setting with gardens and open green spaces, yet close to the city’s culture and conveniences.
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. Typical shift is 9:30am - 6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care.
manage meal tickets and ensures timeliness of delivery;
manage a front-of-house team of approximately 25 staff members;
ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests;

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
