Sodexo is hiring our General Manager 4 Environmental Services for a potential sale in New Jersey for the K12 segment. As a key leader within our Facilities Management team, our General Manager will oversee custodial, sanitation, and grounds operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery to a high‑visibility client environment. Reporting directly to the FM Director, this role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to communicate effectively with C‑Suite stakeholders, and the operational discipline to manage a complex budget. Our ideal candidate brings a blend of custodial and grounds knowledge, team leadership, and a commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and efficient equipment and facilities.
