Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Conference Services Manager to support our client, Fannie Mae, at their modern Plano, TX campus. This role oversees three large meeting rooms plus our newly designed HUB—a versatile event space accommodating up to 100 guests. All events are internal only, serving Fannie Mae employees and onsite tenants.

Incentives

Predominately a M-F 8am to 4pm schedule with occassional evenings and very rare weekends

What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

As the Conference Services Manager, you will be the face of the conference center—ensuring meetings and events are flawlessly executed from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, trainings, town halls, and internal events across all reservable spaces.
  • Partnering with Room Reservations to manage event requests, calendars, and space assignments for smooth scheduling and optimal utilization.
  • Conducting pre‑event walk-throughs to verify room setups, layouts, and AV/tech needs.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (catering, facilities, security, AV) to deliver exceptional, well‑orchestrated events.
  • Creating and managing event materials including agendas, signage, name badges, table tents, and more.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year
