Senior Area Clinical Support Manager

Sodexo Seniors is seeking a Senior Manager, Area Support (Clinical) for our business on the East Coast, from New York to Georgia.  This Registered Dietitian will support the market for Clinical Nutrition, working with our dietitians to lead key clinical initiatives, including (but not limited to): clinical care, talent acquisition & development, establishing standards for client satisfaction, monitoring performance of the clinical team against those standards, and working with the clinical and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

This is a virtual position requiring ~70% travel.  Some travel will require overnight stays.

Selected candidate will reside near a major airport, preferably near Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD, or Newark, NJ.

• Serve as the expert for regulatory compliance and operating standards in our Seniors communities
• Develop and administer programs based on the development and alignment of the client's mission and vision
• Provide direction for planning strategic goals, standards of the brand and maintaining effective communication with our on-site teams, clients and other business partners
• Establish and implement standards for client satisfaction, and monitor performance against those standards
• Serve as coach and mentor by providing ongoing feedback to Sodexo Dietitians in designated region
• Evaluate clinical staffing models and assist with other HR duties as needed

• Registered Dietitian credentials and a Master’s Degree (strongly preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Seniors clinical management
• Experience in a Long-Term Care setting with knowledge of the Federal/State Regulatory requirements for Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living
• Multi-site management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and the drive to self-directed
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with seniors to make every day a better day for our residents

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in dietetics, food management, or related field

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in health care clinical management of outpatient services, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
