Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to lead daily retail operations for our food team at UNC Health Johnston located in Smithfield, NC. UNC Johnston is a licensed 200 bed modern hospital.  Centrally located right outside of the Raleigh-Durham area! A great opportunity to live in North Carolina's capital, known for its booming food scene and family friendly environment. 

What You'll Do

The Retail Manager 3 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 30 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

  • have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
