Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to manage production for Piedmont Macon Medical in Macon GA. This individual need to be able to lead a diverse team in a high volume of production for retail, patient's physician dining and catering. Must be able maximize quality and efficiencies.
Lead culinary team under direction of General Manager
Oversee daily food production across patient dining, café, and catering
Manage production planning and operational controls
Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality
Monitor and control labor and food costs
Develop menus and manage inventory
Oversee food cost management

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
