Sodexo is seeking a HR Manager 3 - Labor Relations to support the UCHealth Healthcare System in the Cincinnati Metro Area. This Human Resources Manager (Labor Relations) will manage all employee relations for the food service and environmental services (EVS) team of managers and union frontline employees. This strategic leadership position will come with a background managing labor relations / employee relations in a union environment.
Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.
conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts
provide coaching to managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
support the resolution of employee complaints while balancing organizational needs and legal considerations
