Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to join our team at the Colorado School of Mines, located in the heart of beautiful Golden, Colorado. In this high-impact leadership role, you will play a key part in expanding our on-campus retail footprint and elevating the student, faculty, and guest experience across multiple locations.
As the Retail Manager 3, you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of established retail concepts while also leading the launch of two brand-new locations on campus. This position requires a strategic, hands-on operator who excels in service excellence, team development, financial performance, and operational execution. You will collaborate closely with campus partners and internal teams to build an engaging, efficient, and high-performing retail environment that reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
