We are seeking a seasoned Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leader with strong financial, operational, and relationship-building expertise. Our leader will partner closely with C-suite stakeholders, Union frontline teams, and our client-partners to deliver high-performing physical plant, custodial, grounds, and construction operations within a complex environment. The ideal candidate brings the ability to influence technical decision making around sound IFM principles, and the ability manage a multi-million-dollar budget.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, clients, and frontline teams, influencing technical and strategic decision-making
Provide leadership across complex construction and capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities
