The Food Operations Manager 2 plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within a fast‑paced corporate services environment. This position oversees daily foodservice operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across café, catering, and workplace hospitality programs.

As an on‑site operational leader, the Food Operations Manager 2 supports culinary and frontline teams, drives service excellence, and partners closely with clients to maintain a positive, collaborative relationship. What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily foodservice operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across café, catering, and workplace dining programs.

  • Lead, train, and support frontline teams to maintain Sodexo standards in food quality, safety, sanitation, and customer service.

  • Manage operational systems including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and cost‑effective operations.

  • Partner with culinary leadership to support menu execution, production planning, and adherence to HACCP and safety protocols.

  • Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
