Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead a vibrant, multi-unit corporate dining operation in Rahway, NJ. As the Retail Manager 2, you will oversee the retail outlets ensuring operational excellence and consistent standards across multiple branded concepts while delivering an exceptional guest experience built on culinary excellence, hospitality, and innovation. You will lead daily retail dining operations and oversee café and catering services with a focus on high-quality food, exceptional service, and strong brand compliance.

 

As this client is part of a Global Strategic Account, you will play a critical role in upholding elevated standards, aligning with global expectations, and ensuring a seamless, world-class service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives on managing people, improving operations, and elevating the retail dining experience.

What You'll Do

  • Oversees the daily operations of multiple corporate retail dining outlets within a high-profile campus environment.

  • Leads, coaches, and supports frontline team members to deliver a seamless and hospitality-driven guest experience.

  • Manages staff scheduling, staffing levels, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency during peak corporate dining hours.

  • Ensures brand standards and operational procedures are strictly followed, aligning with global expectations for a premier account.

  • Plans and executes special events and executive dining initiatives that cater to a sophisticated corporate audience.

  • Collaborates with culinary, marketing, and client partners to enhance the dining program and shape a dynamic retail experience.
