Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 – Food for Grady Crestview Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. This high-impact leadership role drives patient satisfaction and enhances the retail dining experience through culinary innovation, strong food presentation, and on-site leadership.

 

Grady Health is Atlanta’s public hospital and flagship of the Grady Health System—one of the largest and busiest Level 1 trauma centers in the U.S. This role supports a 327-bed long-term care and rehabilitation hospital.

The account includes a team of 26 employees, including an Executive Chef, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and two Dietitians.

What You'll Do

  • Experience managing large scale food operations in a complex, multi-retail environment.
  • Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client relations skills with the ability to work both horizontally & vertically in the organization
