Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Workplace Site Lead to support a corporate services account in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience through the management of site facilities, front-of-house services, pantry operations, and events support. As the on-site lead, you will ensure a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You will oversee day-to-day operations while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in enhancing workplace engagement through hospitality-driven services and strong stakeholder collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary front-of-house contact, managing reception, visitor experience, and daily office interactions
  • Lead and coordinate all site facilities services, including vendors, pantry operations, and workplace services
  • Monitor service delivery against SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage pantry and snack programs, including inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
  • Support events, catering, and meeting coordination to ensure seamless execution and high-quality experiences
  • Communicate service requests, preventive maintenance, and workplace issue resolutions with on-site building maintenance teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities, workplace services, hospitality, or office coordination
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating service providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools
