Lead all culinary operations across café, catering, and pantry programs, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
Create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight scratch cooking, global flavors, and fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients
Maintain a strong daily presence in the kitchen, modeling excellence in technique, organization, and hospitality
Inspire, mentor, and develop your culinary team, fostering a culture of pride, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver memorable dining and event experiences
Uphold operational standards, including food safety, cost management, and efficient production systems

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
