Sodexo is seeking a reliable Medical Equipment Technician - Bed Tech to support operations at Einstein Health in Philadelphia, PA. This position is responsible for basic repair of medical equipment, with a focus on hospital beds and related devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and equipment reliability to support high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Repair and perform basic maintenance on medical equipment, such as hospital beds
  • Retrieve and deliver equipment throughout the facility in a timely manner
  • Assess equipment condition and identify basic repair needs
  • Communicate effectively with hospital staff and customers to address equipment needs
  • Follow all safety protocols and demonstrate a strong safety mindset
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in equipment maintenance, biomedical support, or healthcare environment preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as needed
