Sodexo is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager 5 – Food to oversee food service operations at one of the premier long-term care facilities on the Lower East Side of New York City. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence, elevate the resident dining experience, and lead a strong, unionized team.

Strong leadership experience in healthcare food service, preferably within long-term care
Culinary background with a passion for quality, innovation, and resident-centered dining
Proven success managing unionized teams in a complex, high-volume environment
Experience leading multi-level management teams
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to drive employee engagement and operational performance
